i have a concern regarding about your system in paying our bill. how come a company or coop like boheco dont have a good system in posting payments from consumers?
i have 2 accounts in boheco,house1 and 2. last february 5,2016 nagbayad ko sa bill sa house 2 morning in island city mall. a day after nagbayad ako manghod sa bill sa house 1 pero ang nadala nga bill is for house 2, but still gidawat sa system ang payments. so, duha ka payments na ang nabayad sa house2 and walay payment sa house1. now, is it possible for that to happen? your system should display an error for that one. ganena lang namo nahibaloan kay naay taga boheco nidung sa balay kay magputol sa line.so nidung napud sa office kay nagpa refund...for a span of 2 weeks wala jud mo error ang system nga naay duoble payments??????? ?
